Meet Dr. Joslyn, Your Concierge Medical Provider
After a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, Dr. James Joslyn earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital. He has also completed advanced aesthetics training through Empire Medical, the nation’s leading procedural medicine institute since 1998, further expanding his expertise in evidence-based aesthetic and regenerative treatments.
In 2022, Dr. Joslyn returned to the Tri-Cities region to serve as a primary care physician and hospitalist. His extensive medical background and specialized training uniquely position him to be a dedicated advocate for your health—delivering exceptional diagnostic insight and highly personalized care that goes beyond what traditional primary care typically offers.

No. We are a cash-based practice and do not utilize insurance. This allows Dr. Joslyn to work directly for you, not an insurance company. By removing the middleman, we can offer unlimited visits, 24/7 access, and transparent pricing without the headache of prior authorizations, co-pays or hidden fees.
Do I need to be a member to schedule Aesthetics or Weight Loss services
No. Anyone can schedule Aesthetic or Weight Loss Services. Members of TriCities Concierge Medicine enjoy deeply discounted rates on Aesthetics with Weight Loss management services included at no additional cost.
